I'm not doing this to offend anyone, I'm just doing this to give you some ideas about how to stay healthy and fit for 2013. Here are some ways:
- Go To The Gym! Helps you to stay fit, Humans need at least 1hr. of exercise every day
- Eat lots of fruit and vegetables - create a fruit salad, with fruits in your fridge, it tastes delicious and fruits are very important for your body:
- They help your health
- Are filled with vitamins
- An apple a day keeps the doctor away! Literally, this phrase is actually true, apples are filled with flavonoids which helps lower your chance of getting asthma or diabetes
- Replace those potato chips with homemade popcorn! Popcorn is real healthy for you and it tastes great! Do not use the Orville stuff, like I'm not against that, I love it, but make homemade popcorn with popcorn kernels!
- Sweet Tooth?
Replace chocolate with celery sticks and peanut butter with dark chocolate chips or raisins, or spread peanut butter over a cracker, so good!
- Peanut butter is so creamy and rich!
- The poly- and monounsaturated fats in the peanut butter spread lower your risk of developing heart disease and diabetes.
